OK, you are clearly using some components from the SP2 CTP.
How did you build your application? Are you pulling in FFC classes?

What is the name of the database file it is prompting you for, on the client?

What do your REPORT FORM... statements look like?

How did you install the runtime on the client? Did you build an install.exe using the MSM modules to include the reporting components?

Is it possible that the versions of ReportOutput.App and the FFC classes that have been pulled in to your project are out of sync?
