Hi Simon,

As far as I know keyboard settings are application depended on XP.
I have 3 different keyboard layout installed on my PC
1.English ( United States )
2.French ( Belgium )
3.Turkish ( Q )

So When I open up Office Word and I choose Turkish ( Q ) layout to write i can write according to this layout.
At the same time If I open Up NotePad, I can write with ENGLISH ( United States ) layout without any intervention.
