Title:
Help with changes in free tables!!
Hi all, it´s me again with the same problem with the *.ntx file. I have some tables made in clipper 5.2 and they´re a "free tables" apparently, and I say this because there´s a file with the *.ntx extension, it´s a index file, and I guess that in these file is located the information about the relations and the integrity reference, I don´t know ´cause I even can´t open this file.
Well, I want to delete some registers from those tables. But when I edit the tables in visual fox or access, I run the *.exe file and the program shows me a damage message that says:
"Error DBFNTX/1012" that refers to the changes in the tables, I guess.
I suppose that is something about the integrity reference of the tables, because I just want to delete some registers from the tables and I don´t modify the relationships of the tables or anything else about that.
In the other hand, I suppose that I´m not deleting the registers in the appropriate order, and i´ts because I don´t know the exact order of the tables.
Please, somebody help me to delete the registers from a "free table" and then exectute the *.exe without errors.
Thanks, and excuse my spelling. I´ll appreciate any help.
