I don't think they will be impressed. Sadam never was impressed by the threats of the US. I don't see Iran being impressed by the US. Nope, I don't think that is going to work. They have the people on their side by letting religion working for them. Propaganda is a powerfull thing here.

Again, showing the bigg GI-Joe muscless is not going to work. It will have an averse effect. Iran already is laughing in the face of the US.

The dutch were there, certainly. But iraq is lost. The country has fallen apart. The US is not able to reach any of their goals they had before starting the war. They have caused a civil war.

This is one of the reasons that the US should not have invaded iraq. And for your information, Iran already is a major power in the middle east. I might agree that pulling back out of iraq is not a good idea, but its only mission is damage control rather than anything else.
