Go to http://www.theproblemsolver.nl/downloads_vfp.htm#Debugging%20COM%20servers%20under%20XP and download the file in the section "Debugging COM servers under XP" (Should be this http://www.theproblemsolver.nl/aspdevelopmentanddebugging/source_XP.zip). ONce you download, you will have a file in the folder AspDevelopmentAndDebugging/ComDebug/prg called ROTServer.PRG, that is the one you need to look at.
