So what can we do to short-horn it?

Hey, here's a thing:

One way of reducing this cow-guff greenhouse gas would be to stop eating beef. If we'd never eaten beef then we would have left the original wild herds to roam free, in the forests and on the plains, like deer. Thus they would have multiplied unchecked and herds reached "epidemic" proportions, thus resulting in the same problem. So what would we have had to do? cull them. What would we have done with the carcasses? well, no use letting such a good food resource go to waste - mi's well eat them. Well if you're going to eat them anyway, mi's well farm them, so they can be "culled" humanely and it's less trouble rounding them up and hunting them. So we end up with the same problem anyway!
