In the shortcut Properties Target feeld add ' -T' (w/o quotes) after

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9\vfp9.exe"
so it becomes
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9\vfp9.exe" -T
