Yes, unfortunately, BTW, there could be another precedent in this story if we cannot win on the appeal. The only way to obtain a new ruling stating that we would not have to charge to tax the international customers would be forbid the site access to Canadian members as well as forbidding the site access from the Canadian boundaries. Basically, the equation is quite simple. As I told the journalist yesterday in the interview, if we are down to that, what would I choose? Will it be better to loose the 90% customers worldwide or the 10% from Canada?
