Learning both in the longrun, but I originally started with C# out of personal choice and it was the choice of my employer at that time. I have since switched employers and the current employer prefers to vb.net (for many reasons but most being I assume that most of the developers onsite are using it as well and there is a wealth of resources out there (potential employees).
