Modify the project and verify there is not already a config.fpw included in the project or even listed and excluded. If there is one, modify that file. If it is listed but excluded, then you will need to modify that file and distribute it with your app.
If there is not one, you can add one and put the line in it and then include it. That way, if I am remembering correctly, (I don't usually do it that way but I think this works) when you build your exe the config.fpw with the screen = off line will be included in the exe when you distribute it.
