It's not you, it's me <g>. Turns out the version we uploaded yesterday had a problem in the installer that was not placing the Wizards assembly in the GAC. We corrected it earlier this afternoon and uploaded a new version. Just download the new version using your same credentials, uninstall the old version, then install the new version.
