FWIW... i've been using autoinc for a year or so for new systems and am gradually upgrading older ones too.

The only issues have been that it seems to break the older ODBC drivers and you need to upgrade to OLEDB
and any code that uses GATHER should either use FIELD EXCEPT or SET AUTOINCERROR ON.
