As soon as you add anything to a method, you're saying override. It's no different than you're adding "*" to override.

That said, someone earlier in the thread said that just saving could cause a problem. I just checked and even when there's a parameter statement, opening a method and hitting CTRL-W does not override. You have to actually type something.
