The prisoners wanted Arabic translations of Harry Potter books.

Which might be the definition of ubiquity. The story of J. K. Rowling is at least as interesting as the story of Harry Potter. A single mom living hand to mouth in the north of England, writing the first book at a laundromat with the baby by her side. That's probably been tarted up a bit for the media but it's still an inspirational success story. Good for her.
