True. And look at Nichole Kidman. She used to have a shock of curly gingery hair. Now it's blond, straight and sleek.

And Michael Jackson - look at the video of Thriller then look at him now. You wouldn't think it was the same guy. (actually I think it's only his eyes that are the same - the rest has been replaced with plastic).

Yet back in the 80s a whole generation of girls had BIG HAIR - all over the place.
