Not off hand but I think its stored in one of the folders in the area pointed to by "store". If you right click on the inbox, and go to properties, it shows which file and path it is using.

the files are inbox.dbx, outbox.dbx, etc. I would copy all of them to the same directory on the new drive and then open outlook and see if the account inforamtion is there.
