I am having a wierd problem with updating an executable with a new executable.

It appears that the .exe in the user file is still active even after he has quit from the program and returned to the desktop. I can tell this is the case because I am unable to delete the .exe with the Windows Explorer.

I get a message that "Access is denied, Source File may be in use."

How do I stop this executable?
