Another situation was out of our control this morning causing a major breakdown in Montreal area. This downtime was one hour and 30 minutes. We are still waiting for the final confirmation to know whether it was in Montreal area only or on the east coast like two months ago.

There is nothing we can do about it. We had to wait for the connection just like some of you did this morning.
