Quite a few years back, I worked on an 8-month project (on the 62nd floor of World Trade Center I) developing a project management critical path resource scheduling app (using Artemis... from a UK firm) for the Port Authority, and we had a UK bloke on the team. He spoke perfect english but we still needed a translator.
