There really is no reliable way to protect an MS Access database from the person who bought your application. If it contains their data (which it will as soon as they start using it), then you must give them access to their data. The fault is that the database schema is not separate from the contents.

If you want to hide the schema from the licensee, then you have to use a database server product like SQL Server or Oracle and host the database on your own server. Then you can limit access to the data to stored procedures and views only.
