Kevin - my apologies for overreacting to your post. I know two of the people who were working that case. One wanted the case to just go away and the other wanted to go to trial. I believe they felt that there was more to the story than what made it into the papers. But who knows. Anyway, 'Mexico' is pretty rediculous. Pick a name thats pure fodder for the media and thats what you get. But I'm fairly sure that name wasnt used on the advice of counsel ;)
