http://www.cherrypy.org/ by rémi delon or even simpler I'd get my teeth on the modpython publisher module. One thing to avoid in python, the use of uselessly complex frameworks. Do not want to mention any names but there are such things as well in the python world.

Thank you, Seems that I was right to choose CherryPy from so many Python frameworks :). I downloaded and looked at it some weeks ago, and seems very simple to use. So easy that inspired a simple Java framework :)
