I would submit that there is nothing that you could not do with InstallShield Professional ...

However, if you do want to do anythign beyond a basic install there is a pretty steep learning curve, and the code is kinda C like...

However... it is alot easier to use that version 3 and 4.. the IDE is much improved... The way you set up and define which files to install, where to put them, etc...
