Is there a way to read the Stored Procedures, Index files, triggers, and the constraints from an SQL database?

By read I mean just a simple list of the items and their definition.

On index files and constraints, I need the item name and definition.

I know Stored Procedures & Triggers can get long, but I need a list of the items and a way to export the code for the stored procedure / trigger into a text file or some other easy to view format.

The prime intent of this is to be able to compare a development version of a database with the production versoion and be sure that I have moved all of the parts (index, SP, Triggers, Constraints) from Dev to production.

THANKS
Hope you have a good Christmas
