Thank you for your generous offer to look at the report. I agree that I should learnt the "right way". Although with my work around the report works, the customer is happy and I am already putting out another fire <g>. Probably within next couple of weeks I will try to redesign the report per yours and others suggestions and see if I can make it work without "work around". I will let you know if I am successful, and of course, I will not if I fail <g>( kidding).
