I own 2 SUVs and a pickup. I decided several years ago that I will never own a car again. I was going straight onto a freeway onramp at about 40 mph when the mid-sized rental car to my right decided to make a left turn. Needless to say the car was crushed. It took me and a person who came running to help around 8 minutes to get the lady out of the car while gas was spilling onto the ground. I was able to drive home with minor damage to the front and passenger side of my SUV, whereas the rental was totaled.

There is no way this lady couldn't see me on her left, so it is safe to say she wasn't paying attention. If I was in a compact or mid-sized car I know I would've been in much worse shape after that wreck.
