Why, I am looking for corruption in individual records, and trying to see if there is a pattern to it.
If you use the indexes and the corruption is in a field that you are browsing by, it gives incorrect results.

Also it would be nice to know what is causing the unusual scroll bar problem if no index is set or whether there is a fix for it.

>No ideas. BTW, why do you want to brows such huge table instead of finding records some other way, like SEEK, LOCATE, SELECT-SQL, etc. ?
