There are programs like Refox which can recreate the source from an exe, but I don't have it. I suggest you create a new thread, and ask if someone can help you with this.

BTW, you can also search for all files which are created today, and sort them on the creation time. This will bring the newest files first or last, and you can see if it's still there with another name.
