Peter the lybian citizens are not guilty for Khadaffi policy. According me embargo and army attaks affects only to citizens not to tyrants. All Arabic analysers advice the same do not negotiate. Khadaffi and his son promiced a lot of items and in the end do what they decide, nevertheless that Bulgaria agreed to forget for lybian debt to us.
I suppose that the only thing we could do is to break connection with this country. In reality our business od this. For last year trade with Lybia is for 122K only. Full boykot of lybian goods.
