Thanks. I was able to get as far as step #6,
6. Click Provider Options
7. Check Allow InProcess checkbox. This will apply to any VFP linked servers or distributed queries.

I guess this was for 2000. I've checked help but I can't fine where I can specify in/out-of-process. Any ideas?
