Stephen,

The SQL tools (QA, EM, and SSMS) do not include a cursor browser. What you can do is place a 'select * from temptable' command into the procedure or script immediately before the OPEN CURSOR command to see the same result set that the cursor will use. In QA or SSMS the result set will be displayed in the results pane and you can scroll through it.
