We now have a pair of windows 2003 servers.

What I'd like to do is this:

Have one that is the 'primary', and another that is the 'secondary'. If someone was to walk over to the 'primary' and hit the power button, then the 'secondary' one would take over - no one would even know anything happened.

Anyone out here able to point me in the right direction on how to acomplish this?
