Interesting you mention the safety of our soldiers. Last week in Fayetteville, NC there was a traffic accident that was sad and deadly. The driver of an SUV (he just happened to be an active duty soldier) failed to stop at a red light and his Nissan PathFinder drove OVER THE TOP of a Honda. Killed the passengers in the honda when it crushed the roof of the honda and a Harley rider beside them. I didn't think that could even happen!
