have not tried "NODIALG" option but will give it a try.

btw the threads also talk abt storing printer info in frx file also may cause similar issue,dont know whether it applies to us or not. becoz we create report files (.frx) on the fly i mean we design report in our dev environment and store in a memo field and at runtime we create frx files from the contents from memo field. this approach helps us greatly if there is a problem with a report as we dont need to another build but simply updated table.
