Ben - I was looking for something else and found an article from "SweetPotato" that linked to a Calvin Hsia article that dealt with GDI+ issues (i have not read it yet). Calvin (and SweetPotato) are really good technical sources. Heres the link to SweetPotato's "rubberband" obkect - Cavin's link is in the first paragraph:
