Brad,

I don't use Wizard-built forms, since I prefer to do my own from my own classes, but here's a couple of thoughts:

Check your data session window (window/datasession on the menu) to see if you have the table open in another data session after loading the form. Also check to be sure that you have 'set exclusive off' everywhere.

You might check the form DataEnvironment to see if the correct table is loaded.

Finally, re-build the form (perhaps with just one or two controls) with the Wizard to see if the problem is corrected by re-building.
