Of all the books we have, Prima's Enterprise Application Development is my choice. Using Visual Foxpro from Que is just somewhat a summary of VFP's Manual shipped with the product. Another concern is that buying Visual Studio doesn't give any manual at all, only documents which is as good as README.TXT

We need a book discussing about Visual Foxpro/SQL Server integration or Developing Client/Server Application with Visual Foxpro which is something similar with Robert Green's Client/Server Development with VFP / SQL Server from Pinnacle - VFP 3.0 only. We want to see more C/S books on VFP 6.0.
