Why the need to delete the combo box then add it again? You can drop as many controls as you want (realistic ofcourse) on each column and play with them through CurrentControl property.

You can have this code at AFTERROWCOLCHANGE Event of the GRID:

If notice the REQUERY for Combo Controls, my suggestion is to use SQL as combos rowsourcetype property.
