That doesn't sound too bad. I assume from your comment that there are a few cheaper, that there's competition for these services. I heard that in the UK, BT has a pretty solid monopoly, which I'm sure causes some problems.

You can get broadband for about less than 20 euros a month with reasonable speed and services (mailboxes, homepage, spam and virus filters).
