It is kind of strange combination that you are looking for.
[XLS to PDF wld be much more common request.]
I doubt that there i such thing, since these two formats are very very different in structure.

There should be some tool outthere capable of extractiong chunks of text from PDF. Then you can place them in excel via automation.
