There is a book at Hentzenwerke called .NET for Visual FoxPro Developers that is a good start. Although it is about .NET 1.0 (maybe 1.1) and .NET is currently at 2.0, I think many of the same ideas apply.

There are learning videos at LearnVisualStudio.net that are a great resource.

I would also seriously consider buying a framework. I work with the Mere Mortals .NET framework (created by the author of the book .NET for Visual FoxPro Devlopers) and am very happy with it, but I have also seen a lot of posts on here from developers who like Strataframe, which is advertised on here.
