--Nifong, the lab, and the city are going to need attorneys after that debacle. Withholding exculpatory evidence, when its made public, cant be helpful to a legal career. I wonder if the DA and city are shielded from claims.

They're going to need attorneys, that's for sure. We're talking huge civil rights violations here. At the very least, Nifong should be disbarred. At the most, he should be thrown in jail.

When I read the report that the accuser now 'doesn't know if she was penetrated', my jaw dropped.
