I dont know it either. Some options:

1) Try to view the main exe in a text editor like notepad. If the vfp exe was not "protected" in any way then you can see the raw code.

2) If not, then use ReFox to retrieve the code (if no other protections have been applied to the exe) and then you will discover how the exe is opening the table.

3) You could also check the properties of the SXFOXPRO.dll to see who the manufacturer is and then perhaps find their website to see what it does.

4) Rename the DLL and see how the program fails which may give you an idea of what it does.
