This is unbelievable - I was reading this old thread a few months ago when I was trying to spellcheck a RtfBox, and had the same problem trying to spellcheck it from Fox, and in the end also had to purchase a third party control. It's actually a complete editor OCX - cost a few hundred, and there were a few wrinkles to smooth, but the author was very helpful and basically did me a few builds until we got it right. And it does have its own spellchecker, for which you can compile your own dictionary - a most welcome feature, as the app I was working on was very specialized in the language it uses.
