I`ve never seen this movie all the way through in one sitting. I just caught the last half of it. Such a wonderful, slow but satisfying story. Lots to think about and try to understand.

Two brothers:
- one good the other bad
- one of intellect, the other of passion
- one charming, the other akward
- one funny, the other serious
- eaching loving, but still resenting each other

Interesting how the younger brother who is always drinking, gambling and womanizing, yet appears to be his father`s favorite. His father admires him for being a free spirit and embracing life. But still he intellecutally admires his other soon for being a good and achieving.
