Well, whatever Paul Shugroe runs on WHRV, which is where I found Willie Nile. Frankly, there's too much new stuff, and the Sturgeon's index goes to 99.9, so I just trust my friends (an online group named, amazingly, oldwave :). They help me find the 0.1%.
