the Japanese ones, you either love it or hate it. It depends. I'm into scary movies that are beyond the "boo" factor that's usually in Hollywood movies. The Japanese ones are interesting because they have kind of a different way of making a movie, relying less on special visual effects and more on the actor's expressions, and the storyline is usually different then what most of us are used to (many times I get to the end of movie thinking "hmmm... dang... didn't quite get it... lemme watch it again"). :)
