Films I've seen this year that have at least some "foreign"-language content:
"District B-13" - amazing parkour
"Nacho Libre"
"Talladega Nights - The Ballad of Ricky Bobby" (tu ar suthern frens - jes' kiddin :))
"Bon Cop, Bad Cop" - the movie is all-Canadian but half French - je ne suis pas fluent
"Fearless" (Jet Li)
"Borat - CLOAFMBGNOK" - SBC at least an "honourary" foreigner ;)
"Babel" - multilingual, as its name implies
"Apocalypto" - will be foreign-language to most everybody (Mayan)
They're all very different - don't know if I could pick a "best" one ...
