nothing like that, i have avg antivirus 7.5 but i do not have an active firewall or any other tool that checks the internet connection

As long as the HTML is not fully received, you would end up in really weird behaviors. It is important that the HTML is fully received. Do you have any utilities that are intercepting a page to not be fully loaded if bigger than a specific size? Are you using any 3rd software at all?
