>>A number of times we've had questions regarding the best source of information on the API. Outside of an MSDN subscription, what are the other best sources, books, etc. I know about the Inprise site, but don't recall the URL off hand.

Yeah, but try to put me on a bookshelf or slip me into a CD ROM drive. My hair would clog it for sure.:-)

Seriously, I appreciate the kind words, but, as I've said before, there are plenty of other knowledgeable people in this area here at the UT. Besides, I'm not always gonna be here. I'll be on vacation next week, for example. Further, there are plenty of areas I know nothing about (RASDial, for example).

I know that there are other sources besides the MSDN subscription. That can be too expensive for some people. There's the MS site, but I don't know the URL. What is it? There's the downloadable file at Inprise. Again, I don't know the URL, what's that one? There's an API "bible" book. What's the exact title? Author? Publisher? Is there anything in this area from Wrox Press? If so, what're the titles, etc. C'mon guys, help me out here.

The thing that prompted this was that someone emailed with this very question yesterday. I didn't mind him doing so, but I felt like a stupe (won't be the first or last time for that :-)) not being able to give him any further information.

Anyway, Erik, thanks again for the kind words.
George
